Update, 26th June, 2023: This is a humanity- and human-rights focused site with an interest in true bio-ethics and ethics generally. The term “Citizen” in the title intends to mean the general civic-minded, community-caring person who thinks of him or herself as belonging to a larger national ethos, the term “person” here denotes merely a living human being. This writer believes in wresting language back from mis-appropriators and usurpers and trusts there are thoughtful, thinking individuals out there (the term “individual” here only meaning a separate and discrete human being, and the term “human” here meaning only what most of us educated to believe we are human beings–without too much emphasis on etymological/linguistic origins generally–attribute historically to that word) of similar view. The term “humanity” means all of us, and the term “human-rights” here means all superior arrived-at understanding of our God-given human rights under common law, natural law, American law, equity, international law, and pure existing, and, in my own conception of things, includes the same rights to live free from harm that we also assume for our animal and vegetal friends and companions. As humanity we have a responsibility to the earth and all animals, and as humanity we must claim as equal the rights of animals and trees along the same continuum as human rights. (As opposed to robots.)

D stands for Dharmaraj: Since many ask, the D in Ramola D stands for Dharmaraj, Ramola’s father’s first name–adopted as a last name in South Indian convention–and is used by Ramola now as an abbreviation to return his first name to him while retaining the primacy of her first name. Ramola started publishing as Ramola D in the late ’80s in India as a journalist and has thence adopted the name for all literary and journalistic publishing currently.

In late 2013, while running her (very successful and joyous) children’s art and creativity workshops, teaching art locally, as she worked on completing a novel and several children’s books, Ramola became the subject of an illegal, unlawful and nefarious Luciferian targeting scheme run apparently on arrogance, ego, hubris, desire-to-control-others, racism, and jealousy by Sinead Walsh, then Treasurer now President of the Adams Montessori School Board in Quincy, Massachusetts and military contractor Alexander Steffan, then President now fugitive from justice, also of the Adams Montessori School Board (whose principal Rosine Afshar also freely participated in the unlawful targeting activities against her, encouraging her teachers to do the same, as well as other parents–subjects to be covered in a book soon), which essentially led to incredibly evil, violent, aggressive, and insane FBI-DHS-NSA-DOD-CIA-US Airforce physical-assault-and-battery using deadly directed energy weapons (DEWS), Neurotechnologies and various exotic military technology, as well as social and psychological assault-and-battery using incredible and baseless Smear Campaigns, Community Harassment and Monitoring Campaigns, COINTELPRO harassment, sabotage of journalism and human rights advocacy, road/street/retail provocation, and character-assassination to silence the true-reportage of these horrific Mil/Intel crimes for 8 years, and which lunacy is ongoing, despite many efforts to reach out to local, city, state, and federal government officials and end this madness. The entire saga of the completely unlawful, baseless assault on Ramola D from 2013 to the present (today’s date is March 28, 2022 and it’s 3:22 pm, most fittingly, since the 322 Skull and Bones Club of Criminals is most definitely involved) by a conglomerate of criminals including US Government agencies and military divisions, City of Quincy Corporation, State of Massachusetts Corporation, Boston and Regional Commonwealth Fusion Centers, and all their Mafia friends is a testament to the incredible crime being committed by all named above–spearheaded by local Boston FBI who opened the door to this madness against Ramola D–against the most conscious, most community-focused, most peace-loving people of America and the Earth, and establishes that the entire “War on Terror” for “National Security” is nothing but a hubristic lie, since what it is doing is merely permitting an Industry of Weapons, Glorification of Super Nasty Police (inclusive of FBI and DHS), Privileging of Military Contractors, and Stealth Assault of people in their beds with energy weapons and neuroweapons to flourish.
As a consequence, Ramola has become a researcher, advocate, journalist covering Government malfeasance and has learned a great deal about US Government crimes–while taking steps also to learn about and establish her own status as a “soveran,” living-woman under Common Law and American State Citizen under the original Constitution for the united States of America–discussed in Restoring America.
Apparently Ramola’s straightforward reporting and truth-telling journalism so alarmed the #HiddenHand agencies and militaries of US Govt, NATO and co. I thought that you might like to know that your website has about 145 doubleclick.net google adsense lead cookies or scripts or something that seem to be attached to your youtube videos. I don’t know much about this kind of stuff, but the short time I was here I never got to read anything or look around because my computer kept jamming up from it having to constantly download the scripts. 145 on the home page and 175 on this page. it is like google or youtube or some nefarious group decided to load your website up with this stuff so as to make your website very unusable. I want to thank you for your enormous efforts in the TI community and wanted to pass on an idea to yourself and others that may be of use in combating this atrocity. Because of the tremendous disinformation campaign that surrounds the term “gang stalking” and perhaps not so much “community harassment” would it not be a good idea to rebrand this particular horror away from these umbrella terms? Please start reading what’s reported here and wake up. Leaving your comment here so others can see the “elite” are apparently trying to wriggle out of culpability for the incredible assaults on humanity and the earth they are still running. Crime and criminality need to be exposed and terminated, not permitted, covered over, and continued in our midst.
Any solution must include all to participate. Even those that are in the highest places must be part of the solution. In fact I doubt they would allow any solution that is prosecutory towards them. The ones burdened with putting together the world today are the ones that will be the biggest contributers to changing the military into a space program and emergency response effort. The economic ways are beginning to fund all potential towards clean tech and repairing our planet. Fighting over who did what, where, when and why is a waste of good potential that should be used for making Humanity so prosperous through peace that crime and war are not profitable. It is happening now and has been spearheaded by the very elite that are blamed for the behaviour of the masses. The awakening is here and all are affected and learning to lead with the higher self. The lower self has nothing left to offer. There is no evil group trying to harm the masses, they do well on their own in that regard. The higher self will adapt to any radiology as it has since our beginning. The real news is we are making a better Humanity and planet. The youth are being lifted into higher self living and all older generations need to follow suit and let go of the lower self ideology we experienced with great cognitive dissonance. Hey Ramola! Thank you so much for everything you do for the TI community. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to check out my latest documentary regarding the massive issue at hand. I spent a few thousand hours researching the subject over the last couple years. I then spent a good 400 or so hours making my documentary about the horrific epidemic many of us are going through.
The full version is almost a dozen hours long, but I made a short version that is just 2 hours long. The short version was made for the sole purpose of giving targeted individuals a normal length documentary to show family and friends that are skeptical about this very real problem we have in our society. It highlights and outlines all of the main and vital points regarding the targeted individual/human experimentation field. There is a massive amount of evidence and a vast array of prior cases that give a very significant amount of precedence to proving that there are indeed millions and millions of unwitting citizens all over the world that are being tortured, experimented on, and killed by coordinated government operations. These issues need to be exposed on a massive mainstream level so more people can understand, acknowledge, and fight against the evil entities behind them.
I would really love if you could download the video and upload it onto your channel, or perhaps post it on your website. You should come up with a way to destroy the electronics in the body, that are the cause for the remote neural monitoring and v2k. Maybe an expert on electric engineering and biofields. If TIs can destroy that stuff, get rid of

Most of the record high temperatures have been set in the last 10 years. Furthermore Glacier that have not melted in the last 650,000 years are now melting indicating that it is far warmer than it has been in the last 650,000 years.
His comments about global de-population agenda is correct but not when he connects it as a justification for global warming, our weather like most of the society is manipulated to hide the temperature rise. I too am a TI, I have been a TI since about 2005, with some indications going back as far as 1989. I have posted all throughout youtube regarding my organized stalking.
It appears that there was an escalation of organized stalking starting around 2003, though there are people who have been stalked for decades reaching back to the 80s and before.
One of the problems with TI groups is that, from my experience, some TIs are actually stalkers posing as TIs. In fact from my own experience I’ve had people email and talk to me in person telling me that they are TIs but, after some time, it became apparent that they were or became perps. This is one of the main problems with TI groups.
I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, though I moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2012 to attend graduate school. Even though Phoenix leaves much to be desired it has one advantage, I could afford to buy a house, even on my meager salary. As such I was able to turn my house into a fortress, such that stalkers are unable to enter, even when there is no one present.

CAN THE FEDERAL RESERVE CLAIM SOVEREIGN IMMUNITY ?
The twelve Federal Reserve Banks have been adjudicated to be privately owned corporations and are not government entities—they can sue and be sued. They have additionally been identified as franchisees of the Federal Reserve with administrative and regulatory authority vested in the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve (BOG). Commercial banks purchase non-transferable shares of regional FR Banks for the privilege of benefits received from the system. The BOG can terminate any director of any FR bank without cause and without recourse. The FR banks are, with the exception of the FR Bank of New York, not relevant to this article.
The Board of Governors touts itself as a government agency. It is created by Title 12, sections 241 to 252 and makes a pretense of complying with FOIA requests. Some employees receive pay checks from the US Treasury while other employees receive paychecks drawn on the Federal Reserve system.
The Supreme Court has identified parameters of a government agency. An agency is subject to
Congressional oversight into the daily operation of an agency. The “absen(ce of) extensive, detailed, and virtually day-to-day supervision” is not compatible with agency status. Ref. Forsham v Harris, 445 US 169, 180 (1980). The alternate status is that of a government contractor which does not carry sovereign immunity.
In addition, agencies are created for the purpose of initiating and organizing a service to the public. The creation of a body for the fiscal profit of its creators is a perversion of agency status.
Has the Federal Reserve been created with an ulterior motive, of perhaps hidden profit, that is not readily visible to an observer ? Let us make a review how the Federal Reserve and the government create book entry money.
ONE: The FRBNY will establish a line of credit for the government (book entry money) when they receive a deficit Treasury security in the amount of the line of credit.
TWO: The deficit security is sold as a declared small percentage (about ten percent) on the auctioned roll-over securities (bills, bonds, or notes). The FRBNY handles all of the accounts and disbursements. Ref. 31 CFR 375.3. The accounts are client accounts (not operational accounts) and have never been audited. Audits of the FR are conducted according to guidelines established by the BOG and these accounts are excluded.
THREE: Funds from auctioning the deficit security issues (currently $1 to 2 trillion annually; up to $6 billion daily) cannot go to the government. If they did, they would have to buy the securities just issued since securities in the market have not been purchased. Under those circumstances, there would be no increase in the money in circulation (inflation) nor would there be any increase in the national debt. The money from the auction must go somewhere but it cannot go to the government.
FOUR: The only feasible destination for the funds is to members of the Primary Dealers who are tasked with collecting called and redeemed Treasury securities. As hidden owners of the corporate Board of Governors, they can receive deficit spending profit along with funds for the roll-over security work. Privately owned corporations are not required to file records with the SEC. The structure of the BOG readily lends itself to a corporate structure; the FR system does not.
The owners have put up no consideration for receiving $3 to $6 billion daily, even though it is touted as a loan. (If the non-existing loan was being paid off by the hidden money, it would then result is eliminating any increase in the National Debt. Conclusion: It is the conclusion of this writer that the Federal Reserve Board of Governors is a privately held corporation owned by select Primary Dealers operating as government contractors without sovereign immunity. The PD/owners receive the value of government deficit spending through the FRBNY’s exclusive control of the auction accounts of Treasury securities. The concealed money constitutes profit of the Fed that legally belongs to the government. These funds are received in addition to the $8-9 trillion annually received from their task of handling redeemed securities. Your comment re. NIH being involved is vital to note though–absolutely. They get trillions from the govt. and give out funds via contracts and grants to zillions of ethic-less researchers. Neurostims–brain implants and nervous system implants–being a case in point. Yet another area to research and report on. Re. being censored: I’m putting out FOIA requests and reporting them, I’m exploring the current literature and re-reporting/re-posting it, I’m talking to people and reading blogs online and reporting what is already known, for the most part. I’m also recording my observations and experience, with my own speculations thrown in. I’m trying to function as an independent journalist in this field–given that few others are reporting (as reporters).

I have been a web deveoper – and have lost my business in the process of the targeting. I used to make websites for non profits trying to help the people in my local area. Previous to that I subcontracted with Microsoft as a designer in the 90’s.
One area that has not had much focus but should – I think the Intercept should do a piece on it – is the NIH. They are a parallel force to the law enforcement efforts being made with secret toys from the military. Chips are managed by the medical industry, and doctors and psychologists in particular, and I believe the 37 Trauma Informed Care Centers of the NIH’s SAMHSA are fusion centers training and beta testing the chips on the entire population. This happened in 2014.
Also the Bioethics Committee and the Brain Initiative both (I believe) are connected to the University of Pittsberg (?) where Harlan Girard was from. Our local Mental Hospital has a medical director who is from there. I saw my entire town being tested and manipulated between Oct & Dec of 2014. (Grand Junction – a major testbed – for the use of these technologies.)
Please have a look at these two documents – very long, but talking about the ability to “monitor a patient’s compliance in taking medications”. This is where the mental hospital/institutions come in – once chipped and snagged into the ‘electronic gulag’ they can monitor the medications use that then provides the salty substance that activates and increases the accuracy of the signals in the body/brain. This substance is included on every psychopharma drug, I believe. I forget where I read that. And drug signatures are all electronic now, not requiring the actual drug to be taken orally anymore.

However it is one manifestation, in other’s such as in western society they can be peaceful, however they fit the 4th generation warfare type in that organization is dispersed, centralization is there, but limited with rapid empowerment of individuals to make a difference. During that era you had the urban league, sncc, and various other organizations that had a “reach” in nearly every sector of society. During the civil rights era Martin Luther King Jr.s movement used heavy use of the media to show the moral hypocrisy of his adversaries as a way to win the general populace favor. Military force (which was used by the segregationists) would have made the situation worse. Which is the reason why there is a saying where: “first they ridicule you, then they fight you, then you win.” This is what I meant by fourth generation warfare. In today’s world aung san suu kyi, would be an example, however the issues in the middle east may be another. For example, the US army in Iraq fought a second generation war against a 4th generation adversary, which resulted in the debacle in the Middle East. “Gangstalking perps” can be considered fourth generation warfare, for them effortlessly and systematically destroying the targeted individuals support. In other words “death by a thousand cuts.”
The US military still has as it’s doctrine that is essentially 2nd generation warfare, which is the reason that the stalkers can manipulate their adversaries in military or society, to isolate and destroy targeted individuals.
So the whole approach in how targeted individuals respond is crucial to any solution.

Pete, Thanks for elaborating. I appreciate the problems you mention with organizing–that’s probably an issue with any group, I’d imagine, given personality issues and differences.
But from what I understand otherwise, this is also a particular problem among those being assaulted–“TIs”–for so many reasons, among them:
1) We are talking about people being actively assaulted with EMF weapons on a daily and nightly basis, many are just trying to survive;
2) Intel infiltrators and disruptors abound, because these assaults are being run on a Covert basis–the intent of these Covert Ops seems to be to try to keep these technologies classified and covert, because they are insidious, radiation-using methods of mass control which they seem to think they can keep using on populations in secret forever–all of which means anyway that this field is rife with the deny/disrupt/deceive/destroy, the covert FBI honeypotters and the NSA distractors and CIA cyber-derailers and whatnot brigade.
Dispersed specialization as emphasis–I’m sure readers will be keen to hear more. However, since you mention this is a 4th gen. warfare approach, I’d hope you’re not meaning anything violent/war-like? Martin Luther King as you know based his philosophies on Gandhi, who was influenced by Thoreau–on civil disobedience, non-violence, etc.

Hello, Ramola I am glad that you responded. However it has been EXCRUCIATINGLY difficult to organize with anybody. Even organizing with one person doesn’t work out. I suppose that is due to the gangstalking, however I am wondering if you know of anybody that you can connect me with so that I can share ideas.
One of my ideas is networking with an emphasis on specialization that is dispersed enough to have a catalytic effect on other organizations that have shared interests. This emphasis is on 4th generation warfare theory except applied to the American or Western aspect.
Though it has been long gone Martin Luther King Jr. is one example (Western way), however jihadists in the Middle East is another (which wouldn’t comply in Western conception). Context related to culture is everything.
So if you know of anyone who is real, and actually is proactive to get this to stop, I am all ears.
