A former Security Operations manager and Lockheed contractor has stepped forward to whistleblow on national security violations, treason against American citizens, and hazards to public safety engendered by abusive Electronic Warfare weaponry use on targeted Americans by a US Army operation named Program Executive Office Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO)(STRI) operating out of an Army base in Orlando, Florida.
Working currently on sending FOIA requests and letters of information to various offices such as the OIG and ODNI as well as civil liberties organizations, Cyber Reconnaisance (Karen) wrote recently to the Pentagon Security Clearance Review team, requesting that the military base be reviewed for violations of security clearance and national security (letter below).
“ They are committing treason, human trafficking, murder, cyber espionage, and violating children’s online privacy act (COPPA). The other violations are abuse of authority, gross mismanagement, gross waste of funds, and putting national security at risk.
These soldiers are targeting US citizens including children on US soil. These crimes use electronic warfare, electronic harassment, EMF non-lethal weapons, and microwave acoustic weapons to target US citizens on US soil.”
The base itself had been identified by late US Army Ranger Justin Pitts, a friend of Karen’s who had reported that he was told as much by soldiers who worked there.
“The soldiers there have been located by violating their security clearance and alerting citizens they are using for experimentation who they are and where they are.”
Justin Pitts had made efforts to report violations of security clearance and abusive experimentation on Americans, going up the chain of command as per his Army training.
“Justin made a complaint to the US Army Special Operations, Military Police, Oconee County South Carolina Sheriffs Department, FBI, Pentagon, NSA, NATO, UN, and presidential correspondence. He warned all appropriate parties going up the correct chain of command for the US Army and the intelligence agencies.”
His death one month later, in December 2018, was reported as a suicide, but those today being targeted with radio frequency weapons know that neural and emotion manipulation can be achieved with this neuroweaponry and may have been responsible, as Karen surmises. Aware that national security is being violated and public safety endangered by the use of these weapons and trafficking operations on citizens and their children, Karen is seeking to expose these crimes, and alerting military and Intelligence authorities of the great harm to Americans.
Illicit Military Experimentation and Weapons-Tests Targets Individuals
One more piece in the puzzle regarding illicit, non-consensual human experimentation and weapons-testing by Military/Intelligence divisions and agencies with the stealth weapons of Electronic Warfare, which was recently highlighted in this second Memorandum to President Trump by this writer, and endorsed by NSA whistleblower Karen Stewart, this story will be further investigated at Ramola D Reports shortly.
US military and federal security clearance reviews were shifted to the Department of Defense last year from the Office of Personnel Management apparently after Edward Snowden and Chelsea/Bradley Manning’s disclosures of classified documents prompted interest in periodic criminal and financial background checks of cleared personnel and backlogs of 700, 000 applications were noticed, according to the Associated Press.

Dear Security Clearance Review Team,
I am a former Security operations manager that worked with Lockheed Martin in Sunnyvale, CA. It has come to my attention that the US Army base located at 12211 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826 is abusing the security clearance system and violating national security. My friend and US Army Ranger, Justin Pitts, was murdered in Newry, SC by the soldiers that told them they worked in Orlando, FL in December of 2018. The soldiers there have been located by violating their security clearance and alerting citizens they are using for experimentation who they are and where they are. I am requesting that this base have it’s current programs reviewed for security clearance and national security violations. I fear that the request will not reach the US Army FOIA office in Ft. Belvior, VA due to my computer web security being totally compromised.
I would like to help in anyway possible due to the fact that Justin is dead. I am making FOIA requests, and notifying the Inspector Generals and civil liberties offices trying to expose these crimes myself.

These personally designs tortures contain imagery and audio so perverse and horrific that it violates America’s moral code of conduct and decency, and serves no purpose what-so-ever, except for the personal pleasure gained exclusively by them alone, and the public they claim they share my daughters, my family, and my suffering with.
I also intend to hold accountable all/same parties for the numerous evidenced pornographic imagery, images of rape, sodomy, mutilation. The ‘beating down’ of my daughters by way of punching, kicking, slapping, pushing, etc., regardless of intention of use of imagery, be that for public, private use, or for their self claimed “game”, or specifically made for their purpose of my personalized tortures.
The high-level risks and assaults the accused have diligently committed themselves to, with NO regard to my numerous evidenced statements of “No Consent”, “You do not have permission”, and, “I am not a willing participant”, provides perfect insight to the character of this organized group, and the [violations] contributions they offer the public. Those contributions are carried out with enthusiasm and uncompromising dedication. It also lends insight to the business ethics they have relentlessly stood by, and continue to stand for. The extremity in these actions are the reason I am not raising my daughters, although I have full custody of all three. I felt they were not safe with me, while this situation remains active and unexposed.
This uncompromising dedication, which stems around their choice to inflict a steady flow of negativity so severe and perverse, that on five separate occasions I tried to end my life in order to end the torment they so effortlessly execute upon me, their target. I have relocated a minimum of five times, in order to escape, but without success. Their chosen actions continue to be carried through with total disregard to any consequences, both legally and morally.
I am hoping that the Courts find the charges set forth, to provide a clear outline in stating the criminal and civil violations, experienced through losses, that my family has suffered through, in order to get to this day.

In California, speech that constitutes “harassment“ fall into California penal code 527.6.
It cannot be argued that the persons committing these trespassing invisible crimes can safely hide behind the right to “Freedom of Speech”. The defendants have proven the skills of mastery in the art of intentional infliction of confusion, emotional distress, outrageous conduct, strange and unusual tortuous acts, undue influence, involuntary servitude, keeping me unduly enslaved and influenced, for their personal agendas of entertainment for profit.
After five suicide attempts, due to the goal of wanting to “break me one more time“, as well as many nights of torturous being so heavily inflicted upon me that my skin was burned, blistered, and scarred, evenings and days with me acting so extremely irrational, resulting in being taken to John George, a psychiatric hospital, always set off by the defendants words.

Their successes have acquired me four documented stays at John George, a mental facility located in San Leandro, CA., where I tested negative of any illegal drugs, and was diagnosed with PTSD. (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). Directly related to the ongoing nightmare of their actions, and the anxiety thus stress behind not knowing what they are going to do or say next, to me, to/or about my children, my mother…my complete helplessness in protecting my children, and the total disbelief I have over their complete joy in the destruction of my life as I knew it….24/7. The medical records from these visits clearly confirm the strong conviction I possessed, because of the subjected unauthorized statements being fed to me, even in sleep, paired with the ‘spray’, ‘shooting’ of a substance imposed into my mothers home, resulting with a ‘movement’ on my scalp and body, including private parts,
that indeed, I was fully certain I had some sort of invisible bug/parasite.
Also to their credit are five suicide attempts, a depression and helplessness felt so deep, I was unable to function, leading to re-entry, after being clean and sober for thirteen years, in use of alcohol and drugs. Of the five years I have been targeted, one and a half years were spent in a residential drug treatment program in Berkeley, CA. called Options. I am not a heavy drug user, and have been clean off my drug of choice, cocaine, for 29 years. With understanding that to successfully prosecute, I first had to eliminate all aspects that will be brought up to discredit me. My re-entery into the use of drugs and drinking came from a desperation of escape. I have learned that protocol in the complaining of “bugs”, sticks one medically and socially inside a false-profile of a drug user, or in need of mental care. This false-profile victimised me once again when seeking help from public services. I knew, that to successfully expose and hold accountable, all participants and to be taken seriously, I had to eliminate all questions of delusion, drug use, and mental stability, first for myself, then for public record.

RESPECTFULLY, I present to the courts attention, a growing undefined crime that is almost impossible to classify under existing RULES, and, REGULATIONS, set forth by the state of Callifornia., today.

The architect of an on-going commentary dialog imposed upon anyone, has negative results.
The crowding of an on-going commentary on you brain, which has to work overtime in order to sort and process, makes it near impossible to not react in a manner which is not of your natural accord.
This lays the framework for the assailant(s), in the break-down of a targeted person.
The constant interrupt in personal train-of-thought, with ceaseless unsolicited commentary, plays specifically to stress levels, blood pressure, heart beat, anxiety, sleeping patterns, eating patterns, motivation, follow through, reliability, dependability, etc,
This extreme intentional subjected overwhelm
eventually manifests self doubt, mistrust in others, defeatism, depression, suicidal tendencies, hopelessness, confusion, suspicion, etc., which overpowers your go-to place of self confidence, self reliance, and self worth, found in ones internal personal theories. Their sociopathic purposeful efforts unfairly established in me, by way of 24-7 commitment, carried out in shifts, and stated as a paying “job”, have concluded with a ‘training’ of reactions in me, in what I did not have reactions to prior.
When these “triggers” are deployed on me, my sensitivity to what they represent keeps me in a state of PTSD, therefore (over)reactionary, as I am told they need me, in order to obtain success in their self-claimed entertainment purposes.
The anxiety, panic, self defense and flood of helplessness imposed, overwhelms me to the point of not being able to breath, throwing up, and not being able to make it out the door to work. Nor able to pick up the phone to try to explain why I won’t be showing up. It takes everything I have, every second, to find my way back to movement and air. (April 28, 2017).
I am/have been in constant battle, 24-7, for the last five years, to just try to be. To just try to block out the unending negative commentary, that has lead to five documented suicide attempts, while being told, “is all me”, “its all in my head”. To just cary on in a ‘normal’ way. To just try to be MOM again. To just try to ignore them and remember me. To finish something I start. To remember that I am capable and worthy. To pick myself up…just one more time…To pretend it is not happening. To smile and laugh and be happy.

As a victim of what is only beginning to emerge under a title of “STALKING”, I feel the need to have the crimes, that follow under this title, updated, defined, redfined, put forth into the courts hands to help define a punishment that, with such a large number of subcatogorize, makes any victim whom is trying to reclaim their life, overwhelmed, thus , not providing the victim with the security, faith, or belief of the sanction that is allowed every citicen of the United States.. As standing today, the result of this undefinition, allows the offenders to actively pursue the growing of this disturbing, unsolisited , horrific , life altering, violations imposed upon another…
It is the only venue allowing any sort of legal backup, or outlet, In the state of CALIFORNIA.
Unless you are fully motivated to discover your rights, and ready to dig deep, is not presented to victims, as an option and tool, in their favor. My intent is to put forth to the the State of California, laws that are easily defined with punishments that make sense, in accordance to my personal experience.

These videos substantiate all claims I make on my mothers Parkinson’s Disease progressing in such an alarming short time. She was diagnosed in 2000, and had very slight and minimal progression or symptoms, and was able to maintain her independence .

It is a well known fact that Parkinson’s patience need to maintain a clear floor, with non-movement or droppings of say, a napkin to a piece of toast crust, in order to maintain equilibrium, thus allowing safe movement by way of walk, without distraction or concern.
The result of not having a floor clear of obstacles or distractions always ends with a Parkinson’s patient falling, because of the distracts. This video evidences the undue challenges unnecessarily presented to my mother, Gloria Jaramillo, in her own home, by way of circumstances beyond her control. experienced. Those falls have fractured her ribs, injured her back, arms and legs. She was prescribed a back brace for 18 months because of one of her falls, and rehabilitation (residential) for 3 weeks. There are numerous documented emergency room visits/doctor visits and ambulance rides directly related.
It is safe to state that the sudden swift progression of Parkinson’s symptoms was brought on by actions no one could have foreseen or prepared for. The time frame of xxxxccc’s decline in health fits perfectly with the defendants evidenced recording stating their decision to “Use Gloria’s house as a studio”, and their order for us to “Get out of their house/studio”.
I gathered and had tested this ‘spray’, ‘dust’, by official labs located in San Leandro, whose results state that this ‘spray’, or ‘dust’, holds a holographic component, and is not recommended for consumption.
At the same time my mother’s house was flooded with this toxin, and her falls resulting in injuries she lives with to this day, separate from Parkinson’s, I was diagnosed with Lupus. Lupus is a diagnosis that is given to someone when they can not conclude through tests why your health is failing, for no explainable reason. Lupus has no cure.
Although not proven, I feel it is a safe assumption that my mother’s decline in health, as well as my diagnosis, can be directly connected to the defendants illegal insertion of this substance into her private residence. This substance is seen in almost every video, of the hundreds I have made, allowing the horrific images they produced, keeping me in servitude, illegally contaminating anyone who breaths that lives in the general proximity.
