I spoke last Thursday with Galina Kurdina, whistleblower on Clandestine Unethical Neuroweaponry use on citizens in Canada, USA and worldwide, about her own decades-long experience as a non-consensual experimentee of very dark Military/Intelligence Brain Computer Interface (BCI) experimentation, her activism and public education efforts, as well as her recent conversations with financial services consultant, murder convict, and possible BCI Neuro-Experimentee Rohinie Bisesar who was recently exonerated of criminal responsibility by way of “untreated schizophrenia” in a criminal trial held in Toronto.

Shattering and mind-opening conversation with Galina Kurdina, founder of the Canadian human rights Organization of Victims of Pyschotronic Mind Control Weapons, which brings together from Canada, USA, and internationally hundreds of reporting victims of the crimes of neuro experimentation, assaultive neurotechnology, mind control, torture, and organized relay stalking which thousands of citizens from around the world are reporting today.

An accomplished IT professional from Russia who migrated to Canada and was subjected to debilitating neurological attacks after a regular visit to her doctor in a sudden spate of externally-applied symptoms—which included synthetic images and sounds, forced speech and involuntary bodily movements, Galina relays the story of how she discovered she was being Neuro-Targeted by a tenant in her own apartment complex, someone with a background in the Chinese military and apparent access to harmful and invasive neuroweaponry. Complaints to local RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) as well as to politicians did not help, although she has made hundreds of complaints and appeals over the years she says.

Indeed, after focused research effected contact with hundreds of others in Canada and internationally being similarly afflicted, Galina founded the Organization of Victims of Psychotronic Mind Control Weapons, and reports that she has personally been in contact with several hundreds of Canadians from all across Canada who report being assaulted with unethical neuroweaponry and directed energy weapons. These reports she says are supplemented by many reporting victims who have contacted her from other countries including the United States of America.

It is well-known today among human rights advocates who address non-consensual EMF/Neuro experimentation and DEW testing that populations worldwide are being hit with these silent stealth Spectrum, sonic, neuro and scalar weapons—and this fact is being kept hidden by co-opted mainstream media outlets who refuse to acknowledge reporting victims as credible, while pandering to the propaganda and outright fraud being perpetrated by a bevy of collusive psychiatrists and ignorant psychiatrists in naming reporting victims of Neuro Crime and DEW Crime delusional and paranoid.

Galina’s account of her experience becomes especially important in its relaying of testimonial; one police officer who visited her apartment confirmed verbally that he too could hear the sounds transmitted by microwave hearing to her own brain, a function possibly of intercepting a beam, a fact which was not allowed in court recordings for cross-examination. She also tells the story of a recent case in Italy, where the Russian wife of an Italian was targeted, but who was provided counter measures and relieved of her Neuro-Targeting by Italian military intelligence agents.

Rohinie Bisesar: Earlier Mention of BCI Technology Silenced by Possible Deal to Consent to Being Labeled Schizophrenic

We also discussed the case of Rohinie Bisesar, who was recently pronounced “not criminally responsible” by way of “untreated schizophrenia” for the December 2015 fatal stabbing of Rosemary Junor, a young woman she walked up to in a drugstore in Toronto and stabbed; until sometime this spring (2018) Rohinie had insisted she was brain-chipped and was being “taken over” or bio-robotized in some way; she spoke insistently of neurotechnology and of a persona that was not herself engaging in these acts, much in the style of those who report EEG heterodyning and EEG cloning whereby they state a brain machine interface is able to engage in bidirectional brain impulses which transmits the signals from another human body and brain into their own brain and body, effectively creating a brain-clone that can inhabit and take over their own body. Galina says she “100% believes Rohinie” in this avowal of being bio-robotized because she herself has experienced this kind of takeover; she was once pushed, physically, by way of brain takeover, and limb takeover, to the point of jumping off a bridge overpass with cars driving below, but was held back at the very last minute.

Psychiatrist at Trial Says He Does Not “Believe” in BCI Neurotechnology

If it is true that Rohinie is a victim of BCI Tech and bio-robotizing, she is now being wrongfully named schizophrenic; the psychiatric “expert” perpetrating credible fraud at her trial informed Galina he did not “believe” in Brain Computer Interfaces—a fact of even public-domain neuroscience today—as he informed her “Google is bullshit.” It is possible, Galina notes, that Rohinie signed off on a deal with her attorney and the prosecutor to consent to being labeled schizophrenic—a “diagnosis” handed to her many years ago after an altercation with her mother, when she first began reporting BCI Neurotech symptoms.

In respect to her referencing (during our conversation) a scientific study about instant-learning downloaded into rats’ brains via BCI implants:

One technique was described in a 2013 paper, a study involving researchers at Wake Forest University, the University of Southern California, and the University of Kentucky. Researchers performed surgery on 11 rats. Into each rat’s brain, an electronic array—featuring 16 stainless-steel wires—was implanted. After the rats recovered from surgery, they were separated into two groups, and they spent a period of weeks getting educated, though one group was educated more than the other. The less educated group learned a simple task, involving how to procure a droplet of water. The more educated group learned a complex version of that same task—to procure the water, these rats had to persistently poke levers with their nose despite confounding delays in the delivery of the water droplet. When the more educated group of rats attained mastery of this task, the researchers exported the neural-firing patterns recorded in the rats’ brains—the memory of how to perform the complex task—to a computer. What the researchers did then was they took those signals and they gave them to an animal that was stupid, meaning that the researchers took the neural-firing patterns, recorded from the brains of the more educated rats and encoding the memory of how to perform the more complex task, and transferred those patterns through computers into the brains of the less educated rat, and that stupid animal got it. For this rat, the researchers reduced the learning period from eight weeks down to seconds. They were able to inject memory using the precise neural codes for certain skills. The Wake Forest experiment amounts to a foundational step toward “memory prosthesis”.
