My intention is to also provide a space for all those experiencing unlawful and extreme targeting and surveillance abuse of any kind by the Global Surveillance State to publish their ongoing experiences and actions to expose targeting and non-consensual DEW weapons testing and neuro-experimentation and false-narratives-of-terrorism to the world public in a quick and easy format.
