Kola Boof/Letter to Obama, 2016: “Illegal and Wholly Inhumane Stasi-Cointelpro-Like programs Being Executed by the U.S. Government to Target Individuals”

Kola Boof, Egyptian-Sudanese-American bestselling novelist, poet, television writer, whom I have had the privilege and pleasure of knowing for over a year now, reports a saga of extrajudicial COINTELPRO surveillance, gang-stalking, and assault with anti-personnel electromagnetic neurotechnologies by the Deep State for years, in this powerful letter sent to President Barack Obama in 2016, which is re-posted here with permission. 

An extraordinary writer with several novels, poetry collections, and a memoir, Diary of a Lost Girl (2006) to her name, Kola Boof reports close contact with Intelligence agencies over the years by way of her having come into the US as an orphaned child on a refugee assistance program. Letter from Kola Boof to President Barack Obama

Dear President Barack Obama,

The date is September 7th, 2016.

(1) I firmly believe that U.S. government security agencies have marked me to be killed.

I am bestselling African womanist novelist, Kola Boof….apparently considered a ‘dissident’ and ‘enemy of the State’ by these agencies. I believe that the death of my good friend and fellow activist Krista Hower was not an accident but a murder committed by these Security Agencies. Krista was publicly threatened by an ‘agent’ just a few weeks before she died. He told her on social media she would be killed on Christmas day. She posted a Youtube video detailing the threats. For years she had been under the same surveillance and no-touch torture I experience. I call it ‘U.S. Stasi Cointelpro.’ Krista wouldn’t shut up about how to thwart gang-stalking and mind control. She posted instruction videos on Youtube. Krista Hower mysteriously fell off a mountain and died on December 21st 2015….just four days earlier than the Agent had warned.

(2) I know for a fact that the IP address of “Oval Office, The Office of the President of the United States” visited my website http://www.kolaboof.com after which the surveillance and targeting I was already suffering increased about ten fold.

(3) I voted for you to be President twice. I greatly love and admire your wife Michelle Obama. I have, in the past, named you as my favorite person in the world and my favorite President.

(4) This letter expresses a bevy of grievances. I believe that as I became more famous, U.S. Security Agencies (*all of them) took prejudicial and persecutory interest in sectors of my personal make-up and interior persona that are none of their business. I know full well I am being persecuted by these agencies.

(5) In the matter of Osama Bin Laden, I did everything that the U.S. government requested me to do in 2001 and 2002 under Bush/Cheney with the full belief I was being a good patriot assisting the interests of America, a nation I love and would do anything to protect. I had no idea that doing what my country…[asked of me to do]…would lead to my name being put a list for ‘Slow-kill Take Down.’

(4) I’m now writing you to leave a circular record of my disdain for what I believe are illegal and wholly inhumane Stasi-Cointelpro-like programs being executed by the U.S. government to target individuals like myself for whatever ‘imaginary,’ ‘fictional’, ‘reactionary’ and waste of tax payer’s money Smear Campaigns and no-touch torture events the various Security Agencies of the U.S.A. dream up in their racist/sexist extra-macho paranoid experimental gang-stalking mind control machination exercises.

(6) I fully believe all of my human rights are being trespassed illegally and deliberately for both experimental and prejudicial reasons held by Security Agencies of the U.S.A. government.

(7) I believe the United States government has covertly raped my life in every way a human being can be dehumanized, mentally and emotionally abused and physically endangered and raped by illegal force…each and every day of my life trespassed by the most mean-spirited violence known to the breadth of Western law and human ethical moral understanding. I don’t believe the United States will ever overcome the fallout from what your Security Agencies are doing to innocent people like me just because we dare to be outspoken critical thinkers who challenge authority, write dissident opinions and argue all manner of political, religious and social agendas, which under the Constitution are supposed to be our right in exercising the pursuit of happiness.

(8) I am NOT an enemy of the state. I love America with all my heart. MY AGENDA as an artist and a womanist is to speak up for the life and valuation of Black Women, specifically Authentically Black women…not only in the United States but worldwide; to speak against slavery in the Afro-Arab Islamic region of Africa and the Arab Islamic middle east and to speak against Patriarchal institutions, specifically ISLAM, which I feel at this moment is hugely abusive and life-threatening to Black women and Black children. That is my agenda and that is my right. It does not make me “anti-American”, it does not make me an “enemy of the state” and it does not make me a hater of Islam or of men or any human beings. In fact, I greatly love with all my heart…all human beings of every type. What I endeavor to speak against is Humans mistreating and abusing other human beings.

(9) My sex life is not the business of the United States government. It’s not grounds to persecute me. It’s not grounds to rape and degrade me; it’s not grounds to surgically invade and injure me as the Security Agencies of the United States government have done without my permission and in several cases without my knowledge.

(10) Campaigns to smear my name, discredit my entire intelligence and contribution as an artist and to stop me from having a career…are a central part of the inhumane cruelty inflicted on me by Security Agencies of the United States government. My image, my persona and my right to basic privacy has been raped and degraded daily for many years by Security Agencies of the United States government.

(11) I love the United States of America with all my heart. But not enough to be silent as I am ridiculously marked for…elimination….by a bunch of racist-sexist extra-macho Meatheads and their cowardly co-conspirators; lazy eyed female agents who co-sign hateful prejudice and ignorance of the males. No human being should be targeted this way. No human being should be crushed under the wheel of this New World Order that is nothing more than a rebirth of the Nazi Holocaust; a high tech Evil Mass of paranoid power-hungry male energy gone unchecked and mad, spreading like a Cell Phone virus throughout the world.

(12) I am not the least bit crazy. Stamping those of us who speak out on these evils with the misnomer that we’re ‘paranoid schizophrenics’ or ‘mentally insane’ is nothing more than Psychiatric Fraud.

(14) I am NOT an enemy of the state, no matter how many small-minded prejudiced men with too much time on their hands and too much Tax Payer’s money to spend on PETTY civilian tit-for-tat fail to see my significance and true intent. I am in no way an enemy of the state. My ability to ‘influence and persuade others’ (which is the main attribute these experiments target for silencing) should have been used to the U.S. advantage and not vilified. Someday when the U.S. Stasi Cointelpro Program is exposed, millions of Americans (and the world) will be shocked and dismayed at how many innocent civilians were mind-controlled to commit crimes, provide sex, commit suicide and were generally spied on and physically abused for no reason whatsoever…none but to fill a quota for Human Mass Control Experiments on those the government deemed to be ‘Empaths’ or ‘gifted influence/persuader’ dissidents.

(15) Some NAVY SEALS joked that I ‘wanted’ and ‘enjoyed’ Osama Bin Laden. Nothing in creation could be further from the truth. And it’s sad when the world blames powerless victims like me for what another set of Devils did. What I notice is that most of the animosity towards me is due to me surviving; men seem resentful that I am stronger and made something out of myself rather than be destroyed by child molesting Penis Gods (both Christian and Muslim)…the original World Order, which is never-ending.

(16) I don’t hate men, Mr. President. I just secretly see you all as the biggest disappointment since God.
